Congratulations to Joy and Noelle Vacesse! The winners of the 2010 Poster Competition for the 3rd Annual Charleston International Film Festival. The competition was free and open to the public, receiving entries from NY to Memphis to Seattle and in between. The winning image will be used on the official 2010 festival poster and other CIFF promotional materials and T-shirts.
